Rep Time Watches wants customers to review product details carefully before ordering. Because availability, factory version, QC details, and shipping options can vary, customers should contact us before placing an order.

Return window

Return eligibility: 7 days after delivery for eligible issues after review. Customers must contact us with the order details, product link, photos if relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Non-returnable situations

• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Buyer changed mind after confirmation
• Custom-requested or specially sourced items
• Items without prior return approval

Refund review

Refunds are reviewed case by case after the issue is confirmed. Shipping costs and return shipping responsibility may vary by case.
